Hulk Hogan's Alleged Sex Tape

A sex tape featuring TNA wrestler Hulk Hogan has apparently surfaced and is being shopped around to major porn studios according to TMZ. According to the source, the video shows Hulk undressing with an unknown brunette woman on a bed. The source does confirm that that the person in the video along with Hogan is neither his ex-wife Linda or his current wife Jennifer McDaniel. Steve Hirsch of pornography company, Vivid Entertainment confirmed that his company was approached with the sex tape. Hirsch has neither confirmed nor denied whether Vivid has purchased the rights to the video.

David Houston, Attorney to TNA Wrestler Hulk Hogan issued a statement to TMZ.com regarding the ongoing sex tape scandal involving Hogan: "Terry Bollea is appalled at the unauthorized release of a secretly filmed video. [Hulk] neither approved of the filming nor the release of the same. It is clearly an outrageous invasion of privacy and breach of trust if it is genuine. We will take all necessary steps to enforce both civil and criminal liability.”
 
Hogan claims he was "secretly filmed" and cited the film as an "outrageous invasion of privacy." Hogan spoke with TMZ and he admits in the interview that there was a period of time shortly after his divorce from Linda where he would regularly drink and have sex with other women. He goes on to mention that he does not remember the sexual encounter in particular and is not good with names. Hogan's lawyer also issues a stern warning in the interview saying that they are actively looking for this person and they will be facing felony charges if found.
