TMZ reports that Sex.com is offering Hulk Hogan an "open checkbook" for the rights to his recently leaked sex tape. In a letter, which was obtained by TMZ, the adult website wrote, "While this may be an embarrassing ordeal for you to go through right now, it doesn't need to be ... you are 'bigger' than Andre the Giant where it matters."
