There have also been more close calls and near injuries than I could ever mention, but I am going to try to list a few of the scariest near injuries and some of the most serious real injuries I have ever seen. I have also included a few shocking moments that looked extremely dangerous and career threatening.

Owen Hart's Death 

I did not list Owen Hart's Death because it was not an injury...

but here is the news store, not footage of his death, just the news story of the event.

For anyone who does not know the story, Owen was being lowered down to the ring from the rafters, somehow the line either broke or some say he pulled the release too soon, either way he feel from the rafters and landed, from what I hear, head first onto the top of the turnbuckle in the corner of the ring, then crashed into the ring. Many say he was dead instantly or shortly there after, however, Vince refuses to admit that he died in the ring and insists he died later on the way to the hospital.
