It was at WCW's Spring Stampede 1999 that Gorgeous George made her debut at the side of her real life boyfriend, Randy "Macho Man" Savage. She was dating Randy Savage at the time and was brought in as his valet, after he had parted ways with Miss Elizabeth again. She had met Savage in 1997 at a strip club where she was working as a stripper.

Savage started feuding with Ric Flair. In one of their skirmishes on WCW Monday Nitro, Flair "accidentally" grabbed her the wrong way and her top moved enough to partially expose her breasts on national television. In May 1999, when Ric Flair fired Randy Savage, he suggested a ‘my girl against your girl’ match, pointing at Referee Charles Robinson. Stipulations were that if Gorgeous George won, Randy Savage would be reinstated in WCW. Randy Savage then recruited Madusa & Molly Holly to train Gorgeous George for the match.

The match was at WCW's Slamboree 1999 where Gorgeous George defeated Charles Robinson, thus giving Randy "Macho Man" Savage his job back. She pinned Robinson after a Flying Elbow in the middle of the ring. She did not want to wrestle again, so they replaced her in future matches with Madusa. They claimed that she was injured from the match, so she used crutches to get around. Then in August of 1999 at WCW's Road Wild, Gorgeous George helped Randy Savage defeat NBA Basketball star Dennis Rodman.

Shortly after, rumors circulated that Randy Savage and Gorgeous George were negotiating with Vince McMahon. WCW decided not to release Randy "Macho Man" Savage from his contract, resulting in an outburst. At some point along the way, Stephanie Bellars & Randy Savage broke up and moved on. She left WCW in late 1999. After leaving WCW, she went to a WWF event with her friend, Molly Holly. She was asked to appear on WWF TV and to confront Chyna. She told them no, as she felt that she was not ready for the WWF yet.

In 2000, she appeared briefly at ECW as George. Savage had Gorgeous George trademarked and would not let her use the name. She was Tommy Dreamer’s valet for his match at Heatwave 2000 and turned on him, siding with Justin Credible. She was also in a brief feud with Francine. Stephanie Bellars reappeared on a pornographic website, featuring a 10 minute video of her doing things we cannot talk about here. In 2001, she appeared for GLOOW as a referee and also married Misfits rocker, Doyle Frankenstein, on September 1. She officially changed her name to George Frankenstein.

In mid-2001, she became a member of the X-Girls in the XWF with Kris Laum and Chiquita Anderson. They were similar to the Nitro Girls from WCW. They came out and danced to entertain the fans during commercials. In early 2002, she left the XWF. The XWF folded shortly after that. She has since appeared on the independent circuit for 3PW and WEW. In 2004, she had a few brief appearances in Total Nonstop Action Wrestling (TNA) as Minsa.
