Update: Hulk Hogan's Sex Tape

Hulk Hogan tells TMZ.com that he doesn't know who the unidentified female is in the sex tape that's being shopped around. According to TMZ, Hogan went on a "4-month alcohol-fueled lady-screwing bender" between the time he left ex-wife Linda and met current wife Jennifer.

Hogan said, "During that time, I don't even remember people's names, much less girls."

Hogan went on to state that he hasn't been with another woman since meeting Jennifer, so the tape must be at least 5 years old.

TMZ reports that Vivid Entertainment Co-CEO Steven Hirsch has sent Hulk Hogan a letter, informing "The Hulkster" that he saw a teaser of his recent sex video and believes that there will be "huge demand" for it.

It remains to be seen if Hogan will bite given his current financial situation.

Hogan's lawyer, David Houston, told TMZ yesterday that they will go after anyone who plans to release the tape.

"If anyone goes forward with this thing, we're gonna find 'em and we're gonna prosecute," said Houston.

See, I was just explaining this to my girlfriend yesterday. In order for this video to be released Hogan has to give permission and then he will get paid for it. Otherwise his lawyers would sue the company that releases it for all they are worth, and in order to save their own ass they would turn over who they purchased it from and they would be sued or go to jail. So when stupid celebrities like Paris Hilton or Pamela Anderson claim they didn't know about their tapes and they didn't release them they have to be lying. In those cases they knew they were being recorded and they let them be released as a publicity stunt. A poor one. If Hogan's tape gets released that means he was so desperate for the cash he gave the ok. In that case he is an idiot and not a victim. As long as he sticks to his stand that he was set up and he is fighting it, then he is a victiem and he should be able to stop it from being released.
