I can't believe it was just the 13-year anniversary of Owen Hart's tragic passing. Hart died on May 23, 1999 after an equipment malfunction during his entrance at the Over the Edge pay-per-view from the Kemper Arena in Kansas City, Missouri. Several family members and friends remembered Owen today on their Twitter accounts:Smith Hart: "They say time heals all wounds, yet this sad anniversary of your passing hurts today as much as it did 13 years ago.
