For the 666th episode of Smackdown Kane entered the triple threat main event with Randy Orton and Alberto Del Rio to determine the #1 contender for the World Championship at No Way Out. After a lot of outside interference from Daniel Bryan, Alberto Del Rio was able to steal a victory over Kane making him the #1 Contender for Sheamus' World Championship.
But the highlight of the show in my opinion was of course Ryback's match. It was another handicapped match. However, this time the two jobbers were not forced to tag, but rather face him at the same time. Ryback just went in the ring and it was divide and conquer. He picked up one and swung him to hit the other. He delivered power bombs to each of them but that wasn't the big finish. He had one jobber set up for his finisher, then he looked down at the other and decided to pick him up too. That's right, Ryback picked up two guys over his head onto his shoulders, marched around the ring with them on his shoulders before dropping them both on top of each other. Ryback then covered them both for the win. Very impressive.
Ryback is unstoppable!
But the story from Smackdown is that the World Championship (Smackdown main event) at No Way Out will be Alberto Del Rio vs Sheamus. Not exactly a match I care about. I would rather see Randy Orton vs Chris Jericho for the World Championship. Or something with Dolph Ziggler and Zack Ryder, but they never book the matches I want to see.
