Hulk Hogan vs John Cena

As noted earlier, Hulk Hogan is suing the Laser Spine Institute in Tampa, Florida for $50 million, claiming that the clinic performed unnecessary surgeries in 2009 that harmed his already injured back. Hogan alleged that the surgeries resulted in "a provable loss of past and future income of ($50 million) during the last chapter of an internationally successful athletic and entertainment career."

In an update, TMZ reports that Hogan's team claims that the surgeries prevented a career-ending match with John Cena from taking place.
