Chris Jericho says he is in talks with WWE officials to return to the organization for a match leading to WrestleMania XXVIII.
I think he should return this Sunday at Vengeance, since it is the return of that PPV and the most famous moment at any Vengeance PPV was when Jericho defeated The Rock and Stone Cold Steve Austin in one night to become the first ever Undisputed Champion!
I think it would be a fitting PPV for Jericho to make his return!
And who will this Wrestlemania opponent be? Jericho has already faced his best friends Edge and Christian both in individual matches at Wrestlemanias before. Plus now Edge is retired. Rock is already facing Cena. I'm not sure what the WWE is doing with CM Punk and Triple H and Kevin Nash, but I would love to see Austin vs Punk! The big rumour is Undertake might face Brock Lesner at Wrestlemania. So that doesn't really leave any major names left for Jericho. Honestly, I have no major guesses or suggestions... except maybe Chris Jericho vs Zack Ryder for the Internet Championship at Wrestlemania! All kidding aside, that is probably the only title Jericho has never held, he has pretty much done it all.
