Kane Returns On Raw... With The Mask!

This Monday Night on Raw, right after the Slammy Awards were over, and during the main event with John Cena vs Mark Henry a huge fireball went off and then the organ music hit... the crowd went wild because it was the return of Kane! He came out wearing an over-sized mask. Mark Henry fled the ring. As Cena got to his feet, Kane grabbed him by the neck and choke-slammed him. Afterwards, Kane raised his arms and made the flames shoot out of the ring-posts. Then he removed the over-sized mask to reveal his old mask underneath. It was amazing. Kane has finally returns and he is wearing the mask just like our Poll said he would.

One reason for Kane resurfacing with a mask is because WWE officials are looking to set a new Guinness World Record for the "largest gathering of people wearing costume masks" at WrestleMania XXVIII in Miami, Florida. The current record was set May 10, 2011 during a Major League Baseball game between the Los Angeles Angels and the Chicago White Sox at Angel Stadium of Anaheim when roughly 25,000 fans donned red Lucha masks during a designated ten minute time period.

Another reason for the masked return is because WWE wants to be able to sell masks, especially during the holiday season. With Sin Cara and Rey Mysterio currently sidelined, that leaves only Kane as a guy who can sell masks.
