According to the Nashville City Paper, TNA has filed a legal complaint against Scott Steiner, attempting to silence him though social media . TNA claims that Steiner’s comments violate a contractual stipulation he signed with them back in December 2010. The stipulation states that Steiner is not allowed to make any public statements, including tweeting, concerning TNA or any of its officers, wrestlers, or other individuals without prior approval. TNA is now claiming that Steiner is in breech of contract. “In blatant disregard of the parties’ Agreement, Steiner has engaged in a concerted effort to disparage TNA, its wrestlers, and other talent and cast them in a negative light,”. It also states that TNA formally notified Steiner to stop the negative tweets on May 10. The article also notes that so far, TNA has not filed an injunction against Steiner.
Meanwhile, WWE just added Scott Steiner to their Alumni Page
Could he make a return to the WWE?
