Raw 1001

Raw 1001, AJ is now in power and running the show. Meanwhile Booker T was named Smackdown GM, so she wont be running both shows. CM Punk claimed he was not turning Heel, but just taking the spotlight he deserves. Punk is clearly sick of being in the middle of the show instead of the main event. He turned on Cena and The Rock because they were the ones steeling his spotlight. 

AJ booked John Cena and The Big Show in a #1 Contenders match, the winner would face CM Punk at SummerSlam. Well CM Punk attacked both of them during the match, so the match ended. As a result, AJ booked them all in a Triple Threat match at SummerSlam. 

Santino Marella lost another match, but still has the United States Championship. 

There was no Tag-Team Championship match, just Kofi vs Titus one on one. Just give someone else the titles already. I saw one good tag-team on this show, Dolph Ziggler teamed up with The Miz. 

No Divas Championship match either. No Divas match all together. Clearly the only Diva in the company that matters anymore is AJ. Not even Eve gets TV time anymore. I sure hope Angelina Love and Velvet Sky show up soon! 

Zack Ryder wasn't on Raw yet again. This is just stupid. Why not use him?

But the real bad news, Kevin Nash announced the NWO storyline was all a joke. But was it always a joke or just now since he let the cat out of the bag? Either way, screw Kevin Nash, just enjoy your retirement, not that you ever did much when you were a wrestler. Hopefully he doesn't lose any more matches with the "poke of doom" I guess that shows how tough he used to be.
