In the 1990s there was no bigger Diva than Sable (Rena Mero). She was the Woman's Champion, and she managed Marc Mero to an Intercontinental Championship. She went on to pose for Playboy Magazine and was the first women wrestler to do so. She would go on to pose for Playboy again on her own and one more time with Torrie Wilson after her return to the WWE.
Between when Sable was at her best and when she would return to the WWE a new superstar named Brock Lesner debuted as "The Next Big Thing." Brock destroyed all the competition, and even though he only wrestled for 2 years, he would win the Royal Rumble, the King of the Ring, and he would main event both Wrestlemania 19 (against Kurt Angle) and 20 (against Goldberg). Unfortunately, after that Brock left wrestling to become a football player in the NFL. When that failed, Brock went to wrestle in Japan, but when the WWE filed a lawsuit and forced him to stop wrestling, Brock joined the UFC as an ultimate fighter.
However, the real story is the relationship between the two!
When Brock failed to make it in the NFL and went to wrestling in Japan, Sable went with him and they appeared together at several New Japan Pro Wrestling shows after her WWE release. While they were both working for the WWE, Sable was married to Marc Mero and Brock was engaged to a girl named Nicole which he had a daughter with (Mya Lynn who was born on April 10, 2002). However, Sable and Marc Mero became officially divorced in 2004 and then Brock left Nicole in order to begin this relationship with Sable. Lesnar and Mero were engaged in 2004, separated in 2005, then reconciled later that year and married on May 6, 2006. They are now married. The couple had their first child together, a son named Turk in June 2009.The couple had their second child, a son named Duke in July 2010. Lesnar has one stepchild with Mero: Mariah, a stepdaughter born to Mero and her late husband, Wayne Richardson.
